Our highly qualified multilingual representatives are equipped with ramp-licensed vehicles and individual mobile phones to enable them to respond immediately to any situation airside.  We manage, supervise and co-ordinate the airline’s suppliers and ground handling agents encompassing such areas as check-in, departure gate, and ramp handling, expediting boarding procedures and providing ticketing functions, including collection of excess baggage services.  Acting as your local representative, we represent your interests within the whole airport operation, local Airline Operators Committee and governmental regulations.
